PA WRIGHTSTOWN — Wrightstown supervisors advanced a St. Mark's Church expansion project and reviewed design standards for a Second Street property. The Board of Supervisors unanimously authorized Solicitor Vicki Kushto to draft a resolution approving the church's land development plan, which includes a building addition, expanded parking, a children's play area, and stormwater improvements.

The church requested waivers for a required fire suppression tank and a fee-in-lieu-of payment. A second property at 2264 Second Street Pike was discussed; the Board suggested applicants model building design after Penns Park architecture rather than pursue barn-style construction along Route 232.
